Properly stacking of all the column pipes, nuts and bolts and submersible cable in the pump room. |
| 3 | Decoupling of sub pump and motor, loading of dismantled Sub Pump and motor into the mechanical transport. Carriage of the same from P stn / Tubewell to workshop and unloading at respective Workshop for repairs. |
| 4 | Carriage of repaired Sub Pump / Sub Motor from one workshop to another recoupling of pump with motor in proper alignment. Loading in mechanical transport and carriage from workshop to pumping station for lowering. |

Making of each cable joint water proof. P/f of jointing material and nuts and bolts for making the joints water proof. Connecting the column pipes with delivery bend and re-fitting of dismantled NRV.
