Fitting of rexin and floor mat. 12. Replacement of door lock, hinge etc. 13. Cleaning and painting of machine. 14. Measurement of the inner portion of operator cabin: (i) RHS Wall- 6'x8'= 48 sqft (ii) LHS wall- 4'x8' = 32 sqft ( iii) 6'x9'= 54 sqft (iv) Roof area = 6'x9'= 54 sqft (v) Floor mat= 6'x9'= 54 sqft Maximum deployment of manpower for the above scope of work will be 1. Skilled Fitter for 87 nos. of manshifts, 2. Skilled welder for 10 nos. of manshifts, 3. Semi-Skilled for 24 nos. of manshift, Un-Skilled for 75 nos. of manshifts. |
