The Concrete in a minimum grade of M-30 and steel to be used as per IS code and approved by Employer. Seismic effects and wind load with earthquake resistance should be taken into account in the design. CWR should be provided with a ventilator, manhole of adequate size. An aluminium ladder minimum of 0.45 m wide in manhole should be provided. Ultrasonic water level indicator should be provided along with lighting conductor as per IS 2309. PCC of M-10 grade to be used in bed blocks. Inlet, Outlet, washout and Overflow arrangement with the supply & installation of pressure pipe of the suitable dia, for taking overflow water to a suitable low lying area. Painting of all steel and concrete pipes with 3 coats of approved cement plaster. internally side food grade epoxy painting ( 3 coat), outer side weather coat painting (3 coat)and anticorrosive paint including all labour, material, T & P etc., all required for proper completion of works as per the direction of the Engineer.
43PUMP HOUSE - Survey, Investigation, Planning ,Drawing, Designing, Vetting of drwaing/ disign from IIT/ NIT/ Reputed engineering college,redesign, Construction, Commissioning of RCC frame stucture Pump houes Cum PLC Room of required size to accommodate required nos of pumps. For the construction of Pump House above CWR, minimum 6 m height is to be kept with suitable arrangements to install and dismantle VT/HSC pumps and installation of Fire Extinguishers, Power wiring & earthling system, rubber resistance sheets, spares for motors & switchgear, internal & external electrifications and adequate LED lighting, brickwork 1:4 (one cement and four sand), plasterwork 1:4 (one cement and four sand). Steel and cement to be used as per approved by Engineer-in charge / IS code.
