Uniform blending with cement is to beensured in accordance with clauses 5.2 and 5.2.1 of IS: 456 -2000 in the items ofBMC and RMC.All works upto plinth level:Concrete of M20 grade with minimum cement content of 270 kg /cum
11Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mixM-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cementcontent as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site oflaying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing andreinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairingstrength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Cementcontent considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as perdesign mix is payable/recoverable separately).
12Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete,excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All workup to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

20Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending,placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more
21Galvanised wire mesh of average width of aperture 1.4 mm and nominal dia ofwire 0.63 mm complete job as per the direction of site engineer
22Carriage of material from source to site of work including loading unloading and stacking etc complete
23Sand stone aggregate by an avg lead of 20 Km by MT and 600 Mtr by Heaload
24Cement by an avg lead of 12 Km by MT and 600 Mtr by Heaload
25Steel by an avg lead of 12 Km by MT and 600 Mtr by Heaload
