1Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of 18 Ah 12 V Battery of Exide/luminous/Amaron/Sukam make only. The job includes cost of labour, dismantling of existing connection & re-connection of existing connection of battery and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge of the work.
2Reconditioning of existing elevators installed in Infosys foundation Red Cross Sarai Building at PGIMER campus, sector 12 at U.T Chandigarh to ensure smooth functioning of the elevator. The job includes the cost of repairing and restoring worn or outdated lift components to improve safety, performance, and reliability of the entire system. It includes inspecting, cleaning, repairing, or replacing key mechanical and electrical parts.
3Supply and installation ofinfrared senor for the door in the existing elevators installed in Infosys foundation Red Cross Sarai Building at PGIMER campus, sector 12 at U.T Chandigarh to prevents the elevator doors from closing when a person or object is in the doorway to ensures passenger safety.The make of the infrared senor for the doorshould be WECO makeor equivalent make.The job includes the cost of supply, installation, labour and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge of the work.
4Supply and installation of Overspeed Governor contact (OSG Contact)in the existing elevators installed in Infosys foundation Red Cross Sarai Building at PGIMER campus, sector 12 at U.T Chandigarh toprotect the lift in case it moves faster than its rated speed.The make of the Overspeed Governor contact (OSG Contact) should be same make of the lift or equivalent make. The job includes the cost of supply, installation, labour and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge of the work.
