[1]. warranty period shall be 12 months from the date of acceptance of the material. warran ty certificate shall be submitted along with the material in the name of cms-lab/els/bza. [2] the tenderer shall submit the clause wise compliance for the technical specification attached at annexure-a, else their offer will be summarily rej ected. [3] the tenderer should clearly indicate the model & make of the subject item offering, along with the specificatio ns at the time of tender offer.
