The other details & scope of work shall be as per the specifications stipulated in the tender document.The scope of work also includes Commissioning, Testing, trial run of 3 months & defect liability period of 12 months for Civil works & 24 months for E/M works after completion of successful trial run. 5Survey, Investigation, Soil Testing, Planning, Design and Drawing,construction, commissioning etc. as per design and drawing provided by the contractor all in accordance with the relevant latest I.S. Codes and approved by the Engineer as per conditions of the bid documents. The design and drawings provided by the contractor should be Vetted by any IIT Institute or Government Engineering College approved by the Engineer on contractor's cost. For construction of 5.0 MLD WTP on latest technology, Admin Building with Command Control Room, and fire fighting arrangements, first aid arrangements Cascade Aerator, Inlet chamber, Alum dosing, Pre-Sedimentation Tank/Rapid Mix/Vertical Flow Clarifloculator/Rapid Gravity Filter with Back Wash Arrangement/Proper Sludge Disposal and Backwash water disposal arrangements to nearest drain/low laying area & Appurtenant Works of the above-mentioned capacity, automated through PLC with outputs to SCADA, walkway in between WTP components with railing, Guard Room, Chemical Store House, Gaseous Chlorination Plant, Development of WTP area with adequate plantation, Rainwater harvesting unit. Lean concrete to be used of grade not less than M-15 and other structures in minimum M-30 grade of concrete. Cement and steel should be as per approved by the Engineer/IS code. Collapsible MS steel doors and aluminum windows to be provided including of three-coat Plastic Paint, internal two coat Water Proof Apex painting, external painting with water proof apex ultima/equivalent paint, all steelwork must be painted with red oxide paint and two coat of anticorrosive paint etc. and internal and external electrification with adequate LED lights for the compound, including automation, instrumentation & SCADA, wireless telemetry (voice & data), including Water Testing Kits, Lab Building and essential lab equipment as mentioned in the related Items Including of supply of all materials, labor T&P etc required for proper completion of works as per direction of the Engineer. Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc, and construct an RCC MCWR of 400 KL required size of RCC Framed Pump House adjacent to CWR as per approved design,drawing and standard specifications with RCC column,Bracket and Longitudinal RCC Beam to Support moving gantry crane and appurtenant works such as fixing of MS Ladder inside the tank, 1m wide balcony,20mm dia G.I. Pipe railing in three rows and angle iron posts around the balcony and at the dome periphery, i.e. supply and fixing M.H.cover with locking device, ventilator; lightening conductor, water level indicator, fixing of puddle collars and bell mouths, supply and fixing M.S. clamps with RCC coloumn, 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 floor over 80 mm PCC 1:4:8 in appron, 150 mm semicircular drain around the tank, escape channel of 20m length,staircase having locking arrangements, two coats of apex ultima paint,painting of pipes and railing with approved synthatic enamel paint and testing of tank for water tightness etc. and also including the cost of supply and fixing of all necessary inlet,outlet,overflow and wash out CI /DI/D/F pipes of required sizes beyond apron with all required specials,sluice valves,S.V. Chambers etc. all complete including site clearance and other unforeseen items. All works complete as per design and drawing approved by engineer incharge. contractor will have to provide four wheelers, two wheelers, with fuel & driver for supervision of work and computer/laptop with operator as mentioned in tender document.
