2Supply Provinding And Fixing of Galvanised Bolt & Nuts ( For Seals Of All Types) With Washer of all sizes and length required as per sample/ drawing/ direction of Engineer in Charge Complete in all Respects.
3MS Housing cover with worm and worm wheel assembly, shaft,handle/ gun mettle bush with triple start threading inside complete in all respects 1.5 Ton Capacity.
4Supply of spindle for Hoist Machanism Including Threading And Machining Complete in all respects and to entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge 55 mm Dia.
5Supply And Fixing of Spindle Cover
6Supply And Fixing of Common Shaft duly machined at site complete in all respects and to entire satisfaction on Engineer in Charge
7Fixing of Coupling for Common shaft with supply of spindle shaft coupling rods and cover complete in all respects and to entire satisfaction on engineer in charge .
8Scrapping , Brushing to remove paint to base metalsuface .
9Painting of gate leaf with primer coat and two coats with Anti corrosive bitumastic paint to give an even shade with special quality paint.
10Painting two coats with Ready mix synthetic enamelpaints over one coat metal primer
11Commisioning and testing of gates at site complete in all respect and to entire satisfaction of engineer incharge
12Removing damage all rubber seal bulb or flatincluding clamp plate of all size and types
13Providing and fixing in position of flat/wedge seal including preparations of surface complete in all respect and to entire satisfaction of engineer incharge (85mm Dai and 12mm thick)
14Providing of hollow bulb seal and fixing in position including preparation of surface complete in all respect and to entire satisfaction of engineer incharge (125/44)
15Fixing and holding the gate with the help of 35 Toncapacity crane
16Supply of multipurpose synthetic hetiv grease
17Supply of multigrade mobil oil
18Zigs and fixture gas, tools and plants rigging and haulage arrangement for replacing damage and broken parts, carriage and other misc item etc. as per drawing and direction of engineer incharge complete in all respect at site
