| 10 | S&F pressed steel plate of Size 1.25M x 1.25M x6.00 mm thick suitable for steel over head tank at 2.5/4 Mtrs high staging as per existing one (as use in bottom side plates) including tightening of Nut, bolt with washers & provision of necessary lead wool/lead pig/lead wire & rubber gasket over and including applying two coats of black bituminous lead free paint (suitable for drinking water) on inner surface and two coats of aluminium paint on outer surface over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. |

| 14 | Fixing only serviceable plain sheet 3.15 mm thick in top cover as obtained from item No. 13 after cleaning/brushing of foreign dust particle plates of PS overhead tank , fixed with necessary nuts, bolts, washers & provision of necessary rubber gasket etc over and including applying one coats of black bituminous lead free paint (Suitable for drinking water) on inner surface and one coats of Synthetic enamel paint on outer surface after preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.(Note:-Necessary New nuts, bolts, washers will be measured & paid separately) |
| 15 | Dismantling /Cutting rivets the existing serviceable/unserviceable Joist, Channel, angle or Tee section from pressed steel tank upto height of 2.5/4 Mtrs high staging,MS plate and keeping aside of serviceable for reuse at site or carrying to store, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 16 | S&F MS Joint, channel, angle or tee section of grade Fe-410-W(GdeE-250) cut to required size & shape for bracings, supports & clamps including welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes complete all as specified and directed. |
| 17 | Refixing of old serviceable mild steel framed work as ladder, cleats as obtained from item No. 13 and similar work in water tank complete all as specified and directed. |
| 18 | S&F Mild Steel Screw Bolts of size 16-20 mm (Machine Made) with Hexa-gonal or Square Heads at One End and Screwed the Other or Screwed Both Ends each Screwed End to be fitted with Washers and One Hexagonal or Square Nut, diameter of Shank and Length of Bolt as required, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 19 | Fixing only serviceable Mild Steel Nut & Bolts (Machine Made) with washer as obtained from item No.9 and13 here in before of size 12-16 mm dia after repair/ cleaning properly with Hexa-gonal or Square Heads complete all as directed. |
| 20 | M & L for preparation of old painted inner surface of pressed steel tank and applying one coat of black bituminous paint (lead free) complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 21 | M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. |
| 22 | M&L for Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth , not otherwise described and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed. |
