| 1 | Earthing with Copper earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 3mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required. | | 2 | Providing and fixing 4mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required. | | 3 | Part-B (Non Schedule items) Providing, Installing, testing and commissioning of silent type Diesel generating set along with having prime power rating of 400 kVA 500 BHP CPCB-IV plus 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor at 415V suitable for 50 Hz, 3 Phase system and for 0.85 load factor and consisting of the followings:-a) Diesel Engine:- Diesel Engine water cooled electric start with 500 BHP rating at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at 40 degree C, 50% RH at at 1000 Meter MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000 capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories. Suitable for 3 phase unbalance Loadb) Engine mounted instrument panel fitted with and having digital display for following:(i) Start-Stop Switch with key (ii) Water temperature indication (iii) Lubrication oil pressure indication (iv) Lubrication oil temperature indication(v) Battery charging indication (vi) RPM Indication (vii) Over Speed indication (viii) Low lub oil trip indication (ix)Engine hours indicationc) Alternator:- Synchronous alternator rated at 400 kVA 500 CPCB-IV plus and above BHP 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 Phase 50 Hz. AC Supply with 0.8 lagging power factors at 40 degree C, 50% RH and at 1000 meter MSL. The alternator shall be having SPSD enclosure, brushless continuous duty, self-excited and self-regulated through AVR conforming to IS:4722/BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class-F/H insulation.d) Base Frame and Foundation:-Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS Channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on suitable existing cement concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer.e) Fuel Tank:-Minimum Daily Service fuel tank of suitable capacity fabricated out of 3mm thick M.S Sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS Class ‘C’ pipes of suitable dia complete with valves, level indications and accessories as required as per specifications.f) Exhaust System:- Dry exhaust manifold with hospital exhaust silencer and catalytic convertor.g) Starting System:- 12V/24V DC starting system comprising of starter motors: voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable Nos. of batteries 18 plates, 180 AH capacity lead acid type as required as per specifications.h) Acoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine and alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per specifications. Including construction of suitable size of base platform atleast 18inch in height for placing of Genset of M-10 Grade (1:3:6) 1Cement, 3Sand, 6(20mm) crushed course agg. including plastering the exposed surface in C:M 1:4(Including GST and all other taxes applicable, contractor profit,overhead, Freight and Transit insurance etc.) (Make Engines:- Cummins, Catterpiller, Kirloskar Green, Mahindra, )(Make Alternators:- Stamford, Leyroy sommers, Kirloskar Green, Mahindra, Ashok Leyland). | | 4 | Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for the above stated 400kVA DG sets for consecutive 5 year including two mandatory services after 500 hours of operation or after every six months in a year, whichever is earlier with all the consumable items repair and replacement of any part in the engine system, alternator system ,engine mounted panel system, exhaust system and starting system. The Job also include the preventing maintenance and breakdown maintenance of all the above stated system including the monthly check of all the consumable viz. fuel oil pipe, water coolant and to ensure that no leakage of consumables, repair and replacement of battery charging system and suitable rating battery as and when required, routine check-up of air cleaners, oil level and top up with clean engines oil if required, clean air filter for dust or any other foreign material, drain out residual/consideration from air receiver tank, check the water/coolant temperature, check the fuel tank leakage and repair the same if any, repair of canopy/locks etc. Rectification of all minor faults in the D.G system within 24 hours and major faults in minimum possible time. The comprehensive AMc also covers the Overhauling of Engine system, alternator system and starting system including the repair and the replacement of all parts in case of any minor or major breakdown within minimum possible time as and when required. The contractor is required to keep one Trained technician /Engineer available to attend any complaint of the user department as and when required during the contract period. Note :- The amount of comprehensive AMC will kept pending as additional performance Gurantee and shall be released at the end of each year during the contract period of 5 year insequal annual instalment repectivelly subject to the satisfactory cetificate from user deprtment after completion of each year maintenance. | | 5 | Supply & Laying of following size PVC insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor 1100 volts graded armoured cable including end termination, cost of thimbles, nuts, bolts clamp glades etc. connection, testing and commissioning including digging the trench where required and refilling back complete job.
