Job Involves Following:- 1.1 Recovery Of Freon In Empty Cylinder. 1.2 Pressure Test With Nitrogen Up To 150 Psi. 1.3 Check The Leakage In Whole Plant With The Help Of Soap Solution Bubble Test/ Electronic Freon Leak Detector. 1.4 Arrest The Leakage Through Brazing. 01 Job 05 1.5 Pressure Test Observed Hold Pressure For 24 Hours Then Conduct Vacuum Test. 1.6 Repair/ Replacement Of Evaporator Fan. 1.7 Repair/ Replacement Of Evaporator. 1.8 Freon Gas Charge In All Ac Plant And Check Performance Trial 1.9 Repair/ Replacement Of Ac Unit Variator And Compressor Valve 1.10 Repair/ Replacement Of Ac Unit Casing |
