Supply Of supply of set of spares for stn-1 cross chip conveyors. , supply of set of spares for stn-1 cross chip conveyors in axle machine shop. one set of s pares consists of: (1) fabricated frame of trough assembly as per rwf reference drg. no: 705061610230. quantity per set: 2 nos. (2) drive & idler shaft assembly as per rwf reference drg. no: 705061610240. qu antity per set: 4 nos (2 drive shaft assemblies & 2 idler shaft assemblies). note: both trough assembly an d shaft assembly shall be suitable for matching with chain assembly as per rwf drg. no: 725061610250. conditions: 1. acceptable makes (only): (a) m/s miven mayfran conveyors pvt. ltd., hubli. (b) m/s toolings i ndia corporation, harihar. (c) m/s conveyar product, coimbatore, only. 2. outer body(is:2062) thickness tr ough: minimum 5 mm. 3. wear guide provision: a continuous wear piece of size 25 mm width by 3 mm thic kness made of heavy duty hardox 450 material shall be provided as guide throughout and above the suppo rt angles. 4. painting: the trough assembly shall be painted with: two (2) coats of red oxide primer two (2) coats of apple green enamel paint. 5. bearing to be used in the drive end shall be p 206 and tail end shaft shall be 6206 zz (timken, skf, ntn only). 6. minimum 12 mm clearance required between inner trough bo dy and chain pin. 7. drawing approval: the drawing provided is for reference only and shall not be used dir ectly for manufacturing. the successful tenderer shall visit rwf, prepare detailed manufacturing drawings, and obtain approval prior to commencement of manufacturing. 8. material test certificate (mtc): mtc from nabl accredited laboratory shall be submitted along with supply. 9. a 1-meter sample of chain, conforming to rwf drg. no.725061610250, shall be trial-checked on the trough assembly before dispatch.
