5Supply of 1100 mm dia. MS pipe having length of 4 Mtrs. made out of 10 mm thick M.S. Sheet. & 1120 mm dia. MS pipe of 1 Mtrs. made out of 10 mm thick M.S. Sheet for collars (DJB AR) (Actual weight will be paid)
6Supply of 02 Nos. 1340 mm dia. (OD) & 1100 mm dia. (ID) Flat Face/SW Flange made out of 55 mm thick MS Sheet. (DJB AR) (Actual weight will be paid)
7Pumping out water caused by springs, tidal or river seepage, broken water mains or drains and the like. (DJB SOR’22 26.1.27) (Actual will be paid)
8Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete. (DJB SOR’22 26.1.5) (Actual will be paid)
9Excavation will be done by Hydraulic Excavator (3D) & breaking one side wall of the existing sluice valve chamber with the help of JCB breaker to create proper working conditions at site. After that window will be cut to set dewatering pumps inside the 1100 mm dia. pipeline to dewater the pipeline after having shutdown of 1100/800 mm dia. Rohini Main using Hydra Crane. After dewatering pipeline will be cut from both side of the existing sluice valve to take out the existing sluice valve using gas cutter & Hydra Crane. Next making of site in a way to lay new 1100 mm dia. sluice valve along with pipe line piece. On the other hand, new 1100 mm dia. sluice valve will be fitted with both side flanges using nut bolts, Hydra Crane & the same flanges will be welded on the other side with the new 1100 mm dia. pipeline pieces as per site requirement. Now total line along with sluice valve arrangement will be lifted & make down & fitted in the already prepared site for laying new line. After that collars welding will be done on both the joints of new pipeline having slice valve fitted arrangement & 1100 mm dia. existing pipeline with necessary window cutting in both the pipeline pieces. Now after completing welding all the windows will be closed by welding. After completing welding, 1100/800 mm dia. Rohini Main will be started & checking the working of the sluice valve by opening & closing the sluice valve on load & checking the leakages if any from the pipelines. Next restoration of the site will be done as per site requirement with old taken out sluice valve will be transfer to the old material store of the department. Throughout the whole work dewatering will be done to maintain uninterrupted working conditions at site. (Justified Rate)
10Making of Chamber: - Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: DSR’21 6.1 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand). (DSR’21 6.1.2)
11Making of Chamber: - 12 mm cement plaster of mix: DSR'21 13.1 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) (DSR'21 13.1.12)
12Making of Chamber: - Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). (DJB SOR’22 26.1.20)
13Making of MS Platform: - Making two nos. MS platform of 3 Mtr. X 1 Mtr. size using support of MS ISMC of 175X75X6 for both side of the valve. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
