1Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft / hard rock, chiselling in soft / hard including wedging out of a rock where blasting is prohibited including dewatering in saturated soil and stacking the excavated earth/metarials upto all leads and lifts up to all lifts, not exceeding more than 3.0mtr. clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 centimeters layers when required in to plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.
2Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1:cement :4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts, as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
3Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1: cement :3 sand :6 graded crushed stone agg. of 40mm. Nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
4Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1: cement :2 sand :4 graded crushed stone agg. of 20mm. Nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-
5Foundation footing bases of column and the like mass concrete with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
6Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.10 mtr. Thickness) including attached pilasters buttersses, plinth and string courses etc, from top of foundation upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
7Suspended floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
8Arches upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in-Charge.
9Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1: cement :1.5 sand :3 graded crushed stone agg. of 20mm. Nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-
10Foundation footing bases of column and the like mass concrete with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
11Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.10 mtr. Thickness) including attached pilasters buttersses, plinth and string courses etc, from top of foundation upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
12Suspended floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
13Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in
14Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
15In flat surfaces with steel plates such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc upto all thickness in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
16Edge of slab brakes in floors and walls under 20 cm wide including all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.
17Columns,pillars, struts in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.
18Foundation footing bases of column and the like mass concrete with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
19Providing form work of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceililing not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitureinforced concrete and plain concrete work in;-
20Arches upto 6.00 metres span within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charges.
21Providing Smooth finishing in cement motar 1:3 ( 1 cement 3 Sand )with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in Charge
22Providing and Placing of mild steel/tor steel (reinforcement for RCC work) including bending,binding and placing in position complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
23Steel work welded in built-up section,trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating, framed guard bar, ladders, railing, brackets and similars work with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.
24Laying, Jointing in trenches galvanized mild steel tubes including fittings complete (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for seperately as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts of the following nominal bores

32Providing and fixing cast iron Sluice valve 80mm dia nominal bore with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
33Providing and fixing steel fiber reinforcement cement concrete (SFRC) man hole cover and frame conforming to IS 12592(Part-I) 1998 with latest ammendsments internal dia 500mm ( Medium duty) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.
34Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface(two coat ) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powered materials within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charges.
35Providing & placing in horizontal layers Filtering media duly graded screened washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer-in-charge.with all leads and lifts.
36Top layer Fine sand (Eff: size 0.20mm to 0.40 and Uniformity-co-efficient 2.00 to 3.00)
37Second Layer : Coarse and 3mm-6mm
38Third Layer:-Bajri 6mm to 20mm
39Forth Layer:- 20mm to 25mm

41Construction of one numbers steel bridge of 15.00 mtrs span over kiri nallah for crossing of MSERW Pipe with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.
42Remote Monitoring (Automation) AUTOMATION OF ENTIRE SYSTEM : The tenderer/firm shall automate the scheme a/w WTP, Pumping machinery & other units. Installation of hardware including Industrial Grade 4U Rack mount PC 400Watt, ATX Industrial Grade Power Supply, Industrial Grade Mother board, Intel core-i5 processor, 8 GB RAM, 480 GB SSD, 2 x Ethernet Port, 2 x Serial Com Port 4 x USB Port DVD R/W, Logitech Key board & mouse 18.5\\" Dell make monitor, Windows-10 Professional operating system, Intelligent Communication Gateway for IoT application, Webaccess SCADA with 1500 Tag, MS SQL, Energy Saving Starter with variable frequency, ultrasonic water level sensor, NRV/Reflux valve, Actauted valve, Flow meter, PLC, IOT and Automation Panel along with commissioning/ programming as per user requirement shall be done. The detailed automation proposal shall be got approved by the firm from the competent authority. Firm has to incorporate all the inputs and outputs suggested by the department in the SCADA in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work . Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Scope of automation containing 1 No. pump house, 1 No. MBR, WTP and Chlorination system with SCADA main station at Kiri.
43Providing and supplying MS Sheet storage tank welded arround complete with 40 mm nominal bore galvanised mild steel over flow tubes with fitting and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design 15 mm nominal bore ball valve and mosquite proof galvanised mild steel cover with locking arrangement including providing pads of size as required for inlet and out let tubes and inside painting with a priming coat of red lead and three coats of bitumenous paint including housing up to a height of 10 mtrs above ground level as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 270 lit net capacity storage tank of 2.00 mm thick M.S.
