1Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar
2Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm.
3Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixedglazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
4Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead. Of area 3 sq. metres and below.
5Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
6Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately).Size of Tile 600x600 mm
7Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main \\"T\\" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200mm center to center and cross \\"T\\" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main \\"T\\" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross \\"T\\" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main \\"T\\" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of allT-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
812.5 mm thick fully Perforated / semi Perforated (as directed by Engineer-in-charge) lightweight calcium silicate tiles , of size 595x595 mm, backed with non woven tissue on the back side, having an NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.50, with 50 mm resin bonded glass wool backing.
9Brick work with non modular fly ash bricks conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
1012 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)
11Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
12Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre
13Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.two caots
14Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work
15Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc. Supply of Venetian blinds Vertical blinds 100 mm wide with all accessories.
16Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws (Double Shutter Door)
17Supplying and fixing of 25 mm size of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.
18Supplying and fixing of 32mm sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.
19Supply and fixing of 50mm X 50mm UPVC Mini Trunking along with Eternal Angle / Flat angle / Internal angle/T joints/ end caps and fasteners in complete as required including labour charges etc.,
20Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. (Group C).
21Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit/UPVC mini trunking as required. 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire.
22Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit/UPVC mini trunking as required. 2 X 4 sq. mm + 1 X 4 sq. mm earth wire.

40Supplying and fixing 6 way (4 + 18), Double door way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator).
41Supplying and fixing single pole blanking plate in the existing MCB DB complete etc. as required.
42Dismantling Light / Fan / Separate sockets with switch and wiring with casing / conduit / batten complete with all accessories and clearing the site duly removing the gutties and refilling the holes with cement mortar and painting with match colour of wall and ceiling, shifting and handing over to the stores/scrapyard or shifting the exisitng wiring to the new switch boards/DBs etc as required at the site completely and approved by Engineer-in charge.
43Online UPS - Input supply: Single Phase, Output Supply: Single Phase.Supplying, installation, Testing & Commissioning of 6 KVA capacity at full load (Unity Power Factor) ON LINE Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) system suitable for Single Phase input, Single Phase output AC Supply. The UPS shall include a Rectifier, inverter, battery bank suitable for 30 minutes back up (Battery VAH capacity shall not be less than 1600 VAH per KVA of UPS rating per Hour backup time) on full load (Battery shall be VRLA, SMF in ABS Container) and Static Bypass switch along with provision for manual bypass, suitableisolation transformer for additional protection against neutral faults etc. The UPS systems shall be Microprocessor based Digital Control, using Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT)'s both for the rectifier & inverter with PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) Technology. The quality of design, manufacturing and inspection process should confirm to the relevant Inter-national standards such as IEC/EN/VDE. The operating efficiency of the UPS systems shall be >95% at 100% non-linear loads. Current total harmonic distortion(ITHD)/ totaldemand distortion (TDD) on the input grid shall be < 5% at 100 %load. (The required LC filters shall be included in UPS cost), extreme power factor kit to be include to limit the input pf to 0.99 and output power factor shall be unity (i.e. kw rating of the UPS shall be kva rating x 1 ) however UPS shall be suitable to take load at 0.7 laging to 0.7 leading power factor loads. UPS shall be suitable for incoming supply AC single phase 160-270V 50 Hz and delivering output AC supply true sine wave single phase 220/230/240 Volt, 50 Hz +/- 0.2Hz, Overload capacity of 120% for 10 mins and 150% for 1 minute. Operating temperature 0 to 40 0C, Relative humidity 0-95% non condensing, noise level less than 60db at 1 meter distance, Protection for Under voltage, over voltage, abnormal output voltage, battery over charging, output over current, short circuit, battery deep discharge , 10 KV surge. Display for watt/VA,Amp and Voltage power parameters etc. UPS shall comply with low voltage electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) achieved as per EN 6204, EN6204 Part I and Part 2, it shall be a Voltage and Frequency Independent (VFI) type UPS (as per standard IEC 62040-1, 2 & 3) . The UPS should be with IGBT Based Inverter Technology, Communication RS232/ RS485/ SNMP port openprotocol for BMS integration as per approved by Engineering in charge. Required battery racks, DC breaker of suitable rating and interconnecting copper conductor cable of suitable size andconnectors and all required accessories are inclusive in the cost.
