| 1 | VRU system supply with installation and commissioning:Design with Site Visit, engineering, manufacturing, procurement of materials and bought out components, fabrication, supply, assembly, painting, packaging, transportation, transit insurance, delivery, storage, erection, all hot job , all testings , system commissioning, all necessary approvals(PESO, Pollution board, other statutory requirements), supply of any commissioning & mandatory spares with consumables and special tools & tackles, first fill of lubricants, drawings & documents as per the enclosed technical specifications , Job includes site fabrication, erection, testing and commissioning of VAPOUR RECOVERY UNIT. The job shall also include HAZOP Study (location wise), incorporating HAZOP conditions in design, developing PFD, P&ID, FAT inline with tender specifications. This item also includes TPIA charges as per the scope mentioned in the tender documents.Supply and commissioning of suitable safety protection system in VRU.Further the job includes placement of resident engineer on single shift basis and maintenance charges including spares as required for 24 months of warranty period for the VRU specified in tender specifications.
