2Providing and laying PU (Polyurethane) waterproof coating for old/new roof terrace using with Classic Roof seal of Dr. Fixit Pidilite/Sikalastic-510 Cool Coat/ Fosroc Brushbond Roof Guard or equivalent make @ 1.5kg/sqm of two or three coats with a life expectancy of 7 years including cost of preparation of surface with wire brush/patti/water jet spray and filling the cracks/gaps with diluted Roofseal/ polymer modified mortar with water ratio 1:1 complete in all respects with the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
