1Providing Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion on repared granular surface, spreading @ 0.60kg / sqm using echanical means including cost, conveyance of of itumen emulsion & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause -501 & 502 of MORT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).
2Providing Tack coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared bituminous surface, spreading @ 0.20kg / sqm using mechanical means including cost, conveyance of itumen emulsion & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause -501 & 503 of MORT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).
3Providing Bituminous Macadam of grading -2 using crushed stone Gr.-2 materials & 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, preparing preemixed materials with hot mix plant, transported to site, laid over a previouslyprepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per clauses 501 and 504 of
4Providing & laying Semi Dence Bituminous Concrete of grading -2 using crushed stone Gr.-2 materials & 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, preparing preemixed materials with hot mix plant, transported to site, laidover a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per lauses 501, 503 and 508 of MORT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).
5Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic coumpound 2.5mm thick including relectorising glass beads @ 250gms per Sqm,thicness of 2.5mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35. The inished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per Technical specification and section-800.1600 & 1700 of MORT&H Specification for road and bridge works (5th Revision).
