Sl. No. Item Description
1Earth work in Excavation in trenches for foundations pipes Cables etc in ordinary soil (loan clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 mtr lead up to 50 mtr and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge with in distance of 50 mtr.
2Providing and laying Cement concrete (1:6:12,1 Cement:6 fine sand:12 Brick ballast nominal size 40mm) and curing complete, including cost of form work in foundation and floors.
3Class-150 Brick workin (1:4) cement mortar in Foundation & Plinth including supply of all Materials Labour and Tool & Plants etc, required for proper completion of the work.
4RCC work with Cement concrete1:2:4,1 Cement:2 Coarse sand:4 Stone Agregate including all completion of work (Column and Tbeam)
5Mild Steel or Iron in Reinforcement including all completion of work.
6S/F of M.S angle for fixing of G.S. Sheet with bolts and welding etc all work with tubular pipe DSR-10.15.2
7P/F of profile coloured sheet of 0.50 mm thick etc all complete.work.
812mm Thick Cement plaster1;4 in single coat on Both side of single or half brick wall for interior plasting upto flor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finishing even and smooth.
9P/A wall putty of 1mm thick including all work.
10Finishing walls with two coat of acrylic smooth exterior paint of best quality Including supply of all material, labour and T and P etc required for proper completion of the work.
11S/F of Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shed of Tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc comp., on 20mm thick ness bed of cement mortar 1:4( 1 Cement: 4 Coarse Sand) light shade pigment using white cement etc all work.
12Painting or Varnishing on iron works in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and two coat of approved superrior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T and Petc. required for proper completion of the work.
