1Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.
2Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge:
3Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1 cement: 4 river sand: 8 granite chips ) foundation and plinth.
4Providing and laying Cement concrete block (machine moulded) masonry in in Foundation and plinth in CM 1:6 with blocks of size 40cmx20cmx15cm
5Providing and laying Half block masonry in super structure above plinth level upto floor five level cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement 4 Metal sand ) Cement concrete block of size 40cmx10cmx15cm
612 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)
7Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder rail-ing, balcony railing and staircase railing including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer G.I.Pipe
8Steel work in built up tubular trusses including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes
9Providing Aluminium sheet roofing fixed with galvnized iron Jor L hooks and 8mm dia C.I plain bitumen washers complete excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses corrugated sheet 0.56mm thick.
10Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement, 2 metal sand,4 granite chips ) finished with floating coat of neat cement ,including cement slurry ,but excluding the cost of noising of steps etc.complete a) 40mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate
11Providing ridges or hips in Aluminium sheet roofing with G.I /J or L hooks bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I plain bitumen washers complete. 0.56mm thick.
12Providing and fixing M.S welded mesh 50mmx50mm in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer with all necessary nails Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
