3Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil by carted earth brought from 5 km distance for raising in aavadi portion i/c all labour, taxes etc. complete item.
4M-100 brick work in 1:4 one part cement and 4 part fine sand mortar incl. All comp.
5R.C.C in plinth band and door band with 1:1.5:3 incl. All comp.
6M-100 brick work in 1:3 one part cement and 4 part fine sand mortar incl. All comp.
7M.S steel in R.C.C
8M.S steel in small size
912mm thick plaster in 1:3with cement and fine sand mortar incl. all comp.
10Laying of 25mm thick KOTA stone of size 45x45cm and above flooring over previously prepared base with 2cm thick 1:3cement and sand mortar including filling of joints with cement mixed with pigment required for matching the shade of floor as per the direction of Engineer -in charge including cutting polishing with wax polish including supply of all materials ,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.in chapter no 14 in new item no 2
11Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles (Bell/,Kajariya, somani or other standared make) in different sizes thickness to be specified by the manufacture including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete with white cement slurry jointing and polishing complete including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (As per Chapter 14,- new item no 04)
12P/L ceramic glazed wall tiles of size 300x300mmof first quality conforming to IS:15622 laid on 1:3 mortar and jointing with whitecement etc allcom
13Finishing wall with water proofing .cement paint in two coat etc all comp.
14Painting wall with sumousam paint in two coat etc all comp.
15Painting with radymixed paint of app.brand on new steel work two or more coat etc all comp.
16Supply and Fixing of Submersable including Boring and all labour and metarial etc. all complete
