1WBM Grading 3Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical secification clause 405, as directed by engineer in charge, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P & royalty and all other taxes etc required for proper completion of the work. (As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)
2Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical SpecificationClause 503.
320 mm thick Open Graded Premix Carpet using Bitumen Emulsion as per Technical Specification Clause 508.2
4Seal Coat with EmulsionProviding and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 Type C
5Providing and fixing Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing etc as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1703 and as directed by engineer in charge, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P & royalty and all other taxes etc required for proper completion of the work. (As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)
6Providing and fixing 200 m stone (precast) hecto metre Stone Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade stone of standard design drawing and fixing in position including painting and printing etc Technical Specification Clause 1703 and as directed by engineer in charge, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P & royalty and all other taxes etc required for proper completion of the work. (As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)
7Random rubble stone masonary in Coolie walling , including supply of all materials, labour, T&P & royalty and all other taxes etc required for proper completion of the work. (As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)
8Maintenance of Earhen shoulder Stripping excess soil from the shoulder surface to achieve the approved level and compacting with plate compactor at OMC as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1903
9Surface Drains in all Types Rocks.Construction of unlined surface drain of average cross-sectional area 0.4 sqm in all Types Rocks to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions as perapproved design and Technical Specification Clause 307.
