1Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size 22-4-53mm to water bound macadum specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing Rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compating to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 of MORD data book.Compacted thickness 7.50 cm.
2Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen (V.G.-10) using pressure distributor at the rate of 3.0kg per 10 sqm. Area on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom compelte as per Clause 503 of MORD specification no. 5.
3Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness over a tack coat with approved grit 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen (V.G.-10) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity finished to required level and grates to be followed by seal coat of either Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.
4Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bitumenus surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Seal coat (Type \\"C\\") with approved 6-7mm. Graded grit and bitumen (V.G.-10) as per Technical Specification Clause 510.
5Construction of plain cement concrete pavement thickness 15 cm, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (Grade) coarse sand fine aggregatges conforming to IS.383. maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm. mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.1 cum. capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mxi design. laid in approved fixed side formwork & 125 micron thickness polythene film including levelling the formwork as per drawing, spreading the concrete with sholvels rakes compacted using meedle, screed and plate vibrator and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion curing of concrete slabs for 14 days curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical specififcation clause 1501
6Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per TechnicalSpecification Clause 303.1 Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
