1Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size 22-4-53mm to water bound macadum specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing Rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compating to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 of MORD data book.Compacted thickness 7.50 cm.
2Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (V.G.10) using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with machanical broom as per 503 of MORD data book
3Cleaning the existing water bound surface and laying premix 2 cm. thick over a tack coat with graded approved grit and bitumen (V.G.-10) including roller, Machinery, heating the paint to the required temperature and mixing including cartage of materials, maintenance of side patries and watering them during operation for proper completion of the work.
4Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bitumenus surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using type-C as per Technical Specification Clause 510
5Construction of Patri Both side with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.50M transporting to sitye ,Spreading,grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.1 & 300.2 with lead upto 100m.
