1Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density grading-III as per technical specification clause 405
2Providing and applying tack coat with V.G.-10 bitumen using bitumen pressure dristributor @ 0.35 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.
3Providing laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant ,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat . 4Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-C As per Technical Specification Clause 510
5Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from boorrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slop and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 with lead upto 1000 m as per technical Specification Clause 303.1. in Patri (Carted earth) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
