| 2 | M&L for prepration of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dust or dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (using paving bitumen VG-10) at 5 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 3 | M&L for Bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) stone chipping mixed with 5.5 % of binder content paving bitumen (VG-30 viscocity grade mixed in hot mix plant, transported to site on tippers and laid with a hydrostatic PAVER FINISHER WITH SENSOR control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction, complete all as specified and directed.
