Name of Work:- Construction Work of Missing Link in Deoria Beldad to Bhatjamuwa Link Road (with 5 Year Maintenance).

1Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (Excluding GST).
2Cement treted Sub Base (2% Cement OPC)Providing,laying and spreding material on a prepared Sub grade adding cement @ 2% by wet to the spred material manually mixing in aplace Rotavator and compcting with the road roller at OMC to achive the desired unconfined Compressive strength and to form a Layer of Sub Base(Excluding GST).
3Cement Treated Base (4% Cement OPC)Providing,laying and spreding material on a prepared Sub Base, cement @ 4% by wet to the spread material manually mixing in place Rotavator and compcting with the road roller at OMC to achive the desired unconfined Compressive strength and to form a Layer of Base.. (Excluding GST).
4Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Excluding GST).
5Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 80-100 kN static rollar capacity, finished to required level and grades to be fallowed by seal coat ase per technical specification clause 508. (Excluding GST).
6Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Including all taxes required and hire charges of road roller & including Cost of bitumen ) (Excluding GST).
7(Construction of subgrade and Earthen shoulders)Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 (Excluding GST).
8Maintenance of constructed road for next five year after completion of work shall be paid. as per GO No 17/2024 /lk0-113/23-1-2024-23-1099-113/2023 yksd fuekZ.k foHkkx vuqHkkx&1 fnuakd 16-01-2024 ,oa dk;kZy; izeq[k vfHk;Urk ;krk;kr oxZ yks0fu0fo0 y[kuÅ dk i=kad&3689lh&vks0ih0vkj0,e0lh0@ewy&23&24 fnuakd 17-02-2024- Payment shall be done as per satisfaction of engineer in chage regarding maintenance work carried out by contractor (Including Labour Cess but GST will paid extra as applicable). 1st year Maintenance cost total construction of cost Item No. 1 to 14 Rs. 8567960.00 @ Zero percent on 1st year & for 2nd year @ 0.75%. (Excluding GST).
9Maintenance Charge for 3rd Year @ 1.5% (Excluding GST).
10Maintenance Charge for 4th Year @ 2.25% (Excluding GST).
