1Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffoldingwherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by EngineerCement Concrete Grade M-15 and above and PCC blocks
2Earth work in excavation for roadway, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of line, grades and cross sections, including disposal of surplus material with all lift and lead upto 1000 metre as per MoRT&H specification clause 301 In all type of soil
3Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking :: earth up to 03 Km
4Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine/ coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)
5Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete.
6Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
7Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) backing filled with a grout of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : (To be secured to the backing by means of cramps which shall be paid for separately)Red sand stone - exposed face fine dressed with rough backing.40 mm thick.
