1Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3. But Excluding G.S.T.
2Construction of granular sub-base by providing Coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader/tractor mounted appropriate equipment on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specificatin Clause 401. (i) For Grading I Material Excluding GST
3Providing, laying, spreading Material on a prepared sub base (WBM), Cement @ 4% by weight to the spread Material manually mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer to sub-base. But Excluding GST
4Brick lining on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 7 cm. wide. 11 cm. deep, laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Ch No-04 (Miscellaneous Item No-04). Excluding G.S.T.
5Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS2 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 Excluding GST
6Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 grade using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared Primed surfaces cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. Excluding GST
7Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 Grade Bitumen bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base by manualMORD Specific - ations 508. Excluding GST
8Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 Excluding GST
9Construction of Patri on both side of the road with Carted Earth Cartage of Earth 5.00 Km with all lift and lead, transporting to site, spreding grading to required slope and compacting as per SOR SI No 253 & 261 (C). complete in all respects Excluding GST.
