Name of Work:- NCTPS-II-M-II Circle-TM Dn- S.Dn.-II - Unit-I & II - CPU - General cleaning of Condensate Polishing Unit Vessels, Valves, Pipelines, greasing the gear boxes of assorted sizes of Hand operated valves, assisting the operations such as venting of vessels, charging of vessels, air scrubbing the resin with air blower transferring of exhausted resin, re- transferring the regenerated resin to vessel, manhole door opening& closing in Unit- I& II from 01.04.2026 or from the date of handing over of site to 31.03.2027.

1Charges for general cleaning of Condensate Polishing Unit vessels, valves, pipe lines, greasing the gear boxes of assorted sizes of Hand operated valves, assisting the operations such as venting of vessels, charging of vessels, Air scrubbing the resin with air blower, transferring of exhausted resin, re-transferring the regenerated resin to vessel, dismantling and assembling of bottom & side manhole doors periodically and following works has to be carried out in every shift 1) Checking of Resin levels in all 06 nos. of MBE vessels.2) Operating the Resin trap drain valve to release any collected debris or detoriated resins collected in resin trap to avoid chocking and to ensure the condensate flow through the vessels.3) Checking of oil level in all 04 nos. of air blowers. Topping up of oil if required.4) Cleaning of CPU equipments, lines, valves, blowers and thier adjusant areas.5) Checking of DM water leaks in lines, flanges, valves, glands of MBE vessels and air blowers.6) Continuous monitirong and recording of important parameters at MBE vessels inlet and outlet in Unit - I & II including the cost of consumables, T&P's and hire charges etc.,(Detailed Scope of work is enclosed as annexure) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
