Name of Work:- Construction of Community Hall in Maynadal, JL No-134, Plot No- 1149 Under Khoyrasole G.P 284-Dubrajpur (SC) AC in the Birbhum District.

1Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of noil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing. spreading or stacking the spoil within a lead of 75 m as directed. The item includes necess-ary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete.a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1.50 m
2Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidation the same by through saturation with water ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand (Payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)
3Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with powdered earth or local sand.
4Cement concrete with graded stone ballast (40 mm size) excluding shuttering.
5Ordinary Cement Concrete (mix 3:1.5:1) with graded stone chips (20 mm. nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor, as per IS codes.
6Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in the all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. including supply of rods, initial strightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting requisite length, hooking and binding to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. (a) For works in foundation, basement and upto roof of ground floor /upto 4 m. (i) Tor steel.
7Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood plank of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works. IN GOUND FLOOR
8Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement morter (6:1).(i) In Foundation & Plinth, ground floor.
9Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement morter (6:1). a) in Superstructure. In Ground Floor.
10Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement morter including rounding off or chamfering corner as directed and raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface, including throating, nosing and drip course where necessary

12Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement morter including rounding off or chamfering corner as directed and raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface, including throating, nosing and drip course where necessary [P.W.D Schedule page No.189, item No 1] & [3rd corrigenda & addenda w.e.f 04.06.2018, Page no 50, sl. no. 1.].ii) With 4:1 cement Plaster.c) 10 mm thick plaster RCC Work etc.
13Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm thick in wall, dado, window sills floors, drains etc.
14Supplying fitting and fixing door frame with M.S. angle as per drawing & direction of required section. The holes for counter sunk machine screw & nuts will be such as to fit 8 to 10 mm Iron screw. The counter sunk nut to be welded. The nuts are to be welded after careful checking with screw. All welding spotsshould be properly filed or rounded smooth including cost of welding hinges forhinge cleats, lugs for hasp bolt, socket bolt etc. and necessary M.S. clamps of 25mm x 6mm flat 225mm long as per direction welded to the frame fitted and fixed in position excluding cost of concreteMode of measurement Weight of frame shall be calculated for the M.S. sections of frames. Payment ofbutt hinges, clamps, hasp bolt, socket bolts, screws etc. will be paid separately.The weight of section should be calculated at 7.85gm/Cu.cm
15Supplying 1.5mm thick M.S. sheet fitted and fixed on one or both faces of M.S./W.I. gate etc. with point welding at not more than 150mm apart complete in all respect as per design including cost of all labour and materials.
16Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. [P.W.D Schedule page no.200, item no 1(a)].
17Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothenig surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface if necessary. [P.W.D Schedule page no.200, item no 2(A)(b)].(b) On Steel or other metal surface. With other than super gloss (hi-gloss).(iv)Two coat (with any shade except white)
18Applying decorative cement based paint of approved quality after preparing the surface including scraping the same throughly (plastered or concrete surface) as per manufacturer's specification [P.W.D Schedule page no.197, item no 15]. Ground floor External Surface, G.F and F.F internal surface Two Coat.
