Rectification and revamp of existing SCADA System with SCADA HMI repair work, troubleshooting & rectification of existing Sub-station automation SCADA system for Digital and Analog data, alarm, event at 132kV S/s Mishrikh of UPPTCL.The following works are including for healthy SCADA communication. (a)Checking of all required events, alarms, numerical dates, status and signals to SCADA from various bays & feeders(b)Modification of SCADA system of old and existing bays based on requirement(c)Replacing the defective CAT-5/LAN cables and checking its healthiness(d)Checking the healthiness of all protection relay's communication to SCADA

Supply of SCADA cum Gateway Server with latest configuration for configuration, testing and commissioning of Gateway System at 132KV S/S Mishrikh of UPPTCL.Advantech/equivalent make with Intel Core i3-12500, 16 GB RAM, Windows 10 OS, 512TB SSD, USB (6 Ports), RJ45 (2 Ports Rear), Single Power Supply License Software - Windows OS + Antivirus

Following work to be carried out for SLDC-Lucknow & ALDS-Modipuram:(a) Complete configuration and testing of Gateway as per the signal list and parameter provided by client to transfer the data on IEC-104(b) Programming and resetting of communication of link of Gateway from data transfer as per IP address provided by UPPTCL(c) Checking and verification of data for both stream (d) Complete testing of Gateway and validation of real time data as per existing signal list(e) Complete checking of SAS gateway panel included architecture and settings.

Complete Configuration and testing of 1 no. of 132 KV new line protection bay and its integration in existing SCADA System and Gateway at 132KV Sub-station Mishrikh.

Supply of FO cable/patch cord/LIU/Cat6 Cable and its related hardware, splicing work to complete the network communication for smooth execution of Gateway system.(a) Replacing the defective CAT-5/LAN cables and checking its healthiness(b) Rectifying communication healthiness of Gateway (c) Checking the healthiness of all protection relay's communication to Gateway(d) Checking the healthiness of existing IEC 61850-7 Ethernet switch in existing panel, however, in case of any faulty ethernet switch, same shall be arranged by UPPTCL for completion of work.

Mapping/Configuration of ICD/CID files as per the existing scheme for all 132 KV & 33 KV feeders for schematics and field signals work includes IEC-61850 base BCUs/relay variables, dataset configuration, Report control Block etc for gateway configuration.
