Name of Work:- Extension of existing Control Room Building including electrification work at Jharia 33/11 KV Sub-Station under Kharagpur Division Paschim Medinipur Region, WBSEDCL.

3Dismantling all types of plain cement concreteworks, stacking serviceable materials at site andremoving rubbish as directed within a lead of 75m. (a) upto 150 mm. thick
4Anti termite treatement to the top surface of the consolidated earth within plinth walls with chemical emulsion by admixing chloropyrofos emulsifiable concentrates (1% concentration ) with water by weight at the rate of 5 Litres per sq.m. of the surface before sand bed or sub-grade is laid.Holes upto 50 mm to 75 mm deep at 150 mm centre to centre both ways shall be made with 12 mm diameter mild steel rod on the surface to facilitate saturation of the soil with the chemical emulsion. The work shall be carried out as per specification described in para 6.4 of IS-6313 (part-II) 1981.(mode of measurement will be per Sq. m of plan area of plinth area).
5Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sand stone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 Mtr. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the side of trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water etc. as required complete.a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500 mm.
6Earthwork in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete.i) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.
7Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm. as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water ramming complete, including the cost of supply of sand. (Payment to be made in measurement of finished quantity.)
8Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with powdered earth or local sand.
9Cement concrete with graded stone ballast (40 mm. size) excluding shuttering in ground floor.a) 6: 3: 1 proportion.
10Ordinary Cement Concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor, as per relevant IS code. i) Pakur variety.
11Ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor as per IS codes. a) Pakur variety.
12Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging up to 4mtr. using approved stout, props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels, curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works.a) 25mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge.i) G. Floor.

15Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. a) Tor steel. (TATA/ RINL/ SAIL) i) For works in foundation, basement and upto roof of ground floor upto 4 m.

17Brick work with 1st. class bricks in cement mortar. (6:1)a) In foundation and plinth.

19125mm. thick brick work with 1st. class bricks in cement mortar (4:1) in ground floor.
2025mm thick damp proof course with cement concrete with stone chips (1:1.5:3) with graded stone aggregate 10 mm nominal size) and admixture of water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s specification followed by two coat of polymer based paint, (1st coat after 4 to 5 days of concrete laying and 2 nd coat just before brick masonry work) as directed (cost of water proofing compound & polymer based paint to be paid separately). (Chequering not required over concrete or painted surface).
2118 mm to 22 mm thick, kota stone slab set in 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) in floor, stair & lobby including pointing in cement slurry with admixture of pigment matching the stone shade, including grinding & polishing as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
22Supplying, fitting and fixing 18 mm. to 22 mm. thick kota stone slab in wall, dado in 15 mm thick [avg] cement mortar (1:3) including making suitable arrangement to hold the stone properly by brass / copper hooks including pointing in cement mortar (1:2) (1 cement : 2 marble dust) with admixture of pigments matching the stone shade, including grinding and polishing all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including cost of materials, labour, scaffolding, staging, curing complete. [Using cement slurry for bedding @4.4 kg/Sq.m and for jointing @1.8 kg/Sq.m]
23Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface, including throating nosing and drip course where necessary. i) With (6:1) cement mortar.a) 20 mm thick plaster. (Ground floor).
24b) 15 mm thick plaster. (Grouind floor)
25ii) With (4:1) cement mortar.a) 10mm thick plaster. i) Ground floor.
26Neat cement punning above 1.5mm. thick in wall, dado, window sills, floor etc. (Note : Cement 0.152 cum. per 100 sqm.)

29ii) M.S. integrated grill as per approved design integrated with steel window or ventilator, joints continuously welded with M.S. flats and bars.

32Supplying best Indian sheet glass panes set in .. with nails and putty complete. (In all floors for internal wall.. for external wall).(i) 4 mm thick (weighing 7.4 kg/Sq.m)
33Fabrication, supplying, fitting & fixing of cable trenches covers with 6 mm. thick M. S. chequered plate having 2 nos. 10 mm. dia. M. S. lifting hooks, strengthening the plate by welding 2 nos. 16 mm. dia. M. S. bar at bottom (length wise) including supplying, fitting & fixing of 25 x 25 x 5 mm. M. S. angle seats of both side of trenche as per drawing & direction complete with all labour & materials.
34M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angles, channel sections) conforming to IS : 226, IS : 808 & SP (6) : 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gusset, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS : 816 1956 & IS : 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS : 814 – 1957, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charges of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental charges such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc.i) For structural members of specified section weighing less than 22.5 Kg / M.
35Rendering the surface of walls and ceiling with white cement based wall putty of approved make and brand(1.5mm thick)
36Protective and decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of EIC to be applied over acrylic primer as required.The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer.--- a) Normal Acrylic Emulsion .(Two Coat).i) In ground floor.
37Applying Exterior grade Acrylic Primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or concretesurface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (mat finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior Immersion paint including scrapping and preparing the surface thoroughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of E.I.C (One coat on new surface.)----- a) In ground floor.
38Applying Interior grade Acrylic Primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or concrete surface old or new surface to receive distemper / acrylic emulsion paint including scrapping and preparing the surface thoroughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of E.I.C One coat. i) Water based interior grade acrylic primer.
39Applying Acrylic emulsion paint of approved make and brand on walls and ceiling including sand papering in intermidiate course including putty (two coats). Standard Quality.
40Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.
41Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary(b) On steel or other metal surface : : With other than (hi-gloss) -(iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)
42Supplying, fitting & fixing UPVC pipes A-Type and fittings conforming to IS:13592-1992 with all necessary clamps, nails including making holes in walls, floor etc. cutting trenches in any soil through masonry concrete structures etc if necessary and mending good damages including joining with jointing materials (Spun Yarn, Valamoid/Bituminous/M-Seal etc.) complete. i) UPVC Pipes. a) 110 mm Dia.
43ii) UPVC Fittingsa) Bend 87.5 degree of 110 mm Dia.
44b) Shoe of 110 mm Dia.
45Expansion joint treatment of Roof and walls using Sika® Polysulphide Sealant by lisenced applicator of Sika® Ltd.
46Supply, delivery, fittings, fixing and electrical connection of (including freight, insurances, incidental charges, Taxes , Duties, Cess etc, as applicable) Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV grade single core 2C x 2.5 Sq.mm. ‘FR’ PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Havell’s make) in suitable size PVC casing capping (PRECISION make) with 1.5 sq.mm. single core standard ‘FR’ PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC incl. necy. PVC clips, fittings etc. to light/fan point (From DB to Switch Board). (As per PWD schedule item no. 1(c) of page no. E-11)
47Supply and fixing 240V 20 A 5 pin Modular type plug socket(Brand approvd by EIC) with 20 Amp modular type switch , without plug top on 4 Module GI Modular type switch board with top cover plate flushed in wall incl. S&F switch board with top cover plate and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc(As per PWD schedule item no.22 of page no. E-6)
48Distribution wiring in 1.1 kv grade 2x22/0.3(1.5 sq.mm). single core standard FR PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in suitable size PVC (PRECISION make) casing & capping with 1x22/0.3(1.5 sq.mm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for E.C.C incl. necessary PVC clips, fittings etc. to light/fan points with Modular type switch (Brand approved by EIC) fixed on Modular GI/PVC switch board with top cover plate on wall incl. mending good damages to original finish. [PVC casing-capping and Switch board both on surface](As per PWD schedule item no.1(d) of page no. E-21)(Averge length 9mtr)
49Supply & Fixing & electrical connection complete of Havells make Ceiling Fan 48\\"Pacer fan on wall/ceiling. Fixing As per PWD schedule 21 (a) of page C3.
50Supply &Fixing of regal batten for LED Tube (Havells Make upto 2x22W LED TUBE SINGLE SIZE BRACKETED Code No.-LHFYBWP2TB1W020PHOTON ULTRA LED Tubelight Single Sight Connection ,with Tube Light 18W 865K 1213mm Code-LHLDCLXNUL 8x018)complete with all accessories directly on wall/ceiling HW block and suitable size of fastener, ceiling plate, nipples etc as required. 51Supply & Fixing only EPC make 12\\" 1420 rpm Heavy Duty sweep A.C. exhaust fan after making hole in wall and making good the damages and smooth cement finish etc as practically as possible and prviding necy.
