Sl. No. Item Description
1Providing of Vertical split AC unit of cooling capacity not less than 13000 watt (±10% variation) equivalent to approximately 46,000 BTU/hr (±10%) with hermitically sealed compressor operating on R22 / R-410A / non-CFC equivalent refrigerants, suitable for floor mounting, suitable for operation on 3 Phase AC supply capable of performing A) Cooling, B) Dehumidify, C) Air circulation, D) Filtering, etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
2Installation and commissioning of vertical split AC unit with vaccumising, nitrogen pressure testing, first charge of refrigerant including providing Refrigerent & cable connection from MCB to Outdoor/indoor etc. (upto 3mtr) complete as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.
3Providing & installation of Hard Drawn copper piping with insulation for vertical split AC as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. ¾\\" OD/applicable OD based on manufacturer guideline etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in- charge.
4Providing & installation of Hard Drawn copper piping with insulation for vertical split AC as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. ½\\" OD/ applicable OD based on manufacturer guideline etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in- charge.
5Providing hard UPVC pipe of best quality of suitable diameter including necessary clamping and fitting for draining of condensate water from indoor unit as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
6Providing, fitting & fixing of cradle/suitable structure (Base) made of M.S, nuts & bolts etc. i/c painting, fitting, fixing, grouting for placement of outdoor unit complete for vertical split AC as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
7Providing, fitting & fixing of suitable structure (Base) made of M.S, nuts & bolts etc. i/c painting, fitting, fixing grouting for placement of indoor unit, the M.S base should be enclosed by 12 mm water proof ply with formica pasting/ACP sheet complete for vertical split AC as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
8providing & fitting fixing of additional (beyond 3 mtr) electric control cable (5C X 4.00 mm) suitable for connection between MCB to out door unit /Indoor unit etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge .
9Providing additional refrigerant gas to the AC unit as per direction of Engineer -in- charge
10Providing and fitting-fixing of VI pad for outdoor unit for Vertical split AC unit as per direction of the Engineer in Charge . Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
