| 1 | Taking down carefully copper/aluminium any type of point wiring (light/fan/socket /power) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, holders, sockets,regulators light fittings) and removal from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of (wall/floors/ceiling etc) complete all as specfied & directed. |
| 2 | M&L for point wiring with PVC FRLS insulated multistranded unsheathed cable 1.5 Sqmm size with stranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade conforming to IS:694 drawn in an existing conduit or as per site requirement making good the surfaces as per existing surfaces with concealed sunk in pressed steel/GI terminal boxes of 1.6 mm thick factory made fixed with brass screws and cup washers including single core stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed cable as earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly drawn in an existing conduit or as per site requirement completed all as specified for the following:- |

| 4 | One 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet point controlled by one way switch on independent board. |

| 6 | (d) One light point controlled by two, two way switch. |
| 7 | Ditto- all as per item no. 2 one power point with insulated stranded copper conductor cable 2.5 Sqmm single core and PVC insulated FRLS 1100 Volts unsheathed copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm stranded conductor as earth wire connected to dolly complete. Note :- Point wiring drawn in existing conduit or as per site requirement all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | M&L for point wiring complete with PVC 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit and all conduit accessories surface/concealed in wall/fixed to roof/truss/columns etc and including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable FRLS as earth continuity conductor, fabricated branded modular metal flush box duly make embossed, concealed in walls with suitable modular inner and outer plate for housing modular switches, socket outlet and fan regulators etc. all as specified and directed.Note :- Point wiring drawn in existing conduit or as per site requirement. |

| 14 | Identifying and rectifying the defects pertains to ceiling fans/exhaust fans/fresh air fans and connects electric circuit, tightening of loose wiring/conduits/ fan capacitors and connection carrying out minor repairs incl blade alignments,screwing/tightening the nuts/bolts/washers etc incl taking down & refixing properly in the same position after repairs, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 15 | M&L for rewinding of ceiling fans of any type and make with super enamelled copper wire of appropriate gauge suiatble for existing make in the workshop including necessary lathe work on shaft, both sides of rewinding covered with high quality varnish and provisions of new nuts/pins including taking out old burnt wind of copper/aluminium complete all as specified and directed. |
| 16 | Ditto- all as per Item No. 8 here-in-before but Air ventilation PVC body/ metal body exhaust fan of size 200/230/300 mm sweep. |
| 17 | M&L for overhauling of celing fan 1200mm/1400mm by greasing and oiling,replacement of unserviceable/defective components, except rewinding of starter winding complete all as directed. |
| 18 | Note Sl.No. 8: (a) Spare parts found unserviceable/defective will be measured and paid separately under relevant item as Supply and fix in repair. |
| 19 | Supply in repairs/replacements of following spare of Ceiling fan 1200mm /1400mm sweep of different make:- |
| 20 | S&F in repair MS clamp with rubber reel, nuts, bolts, split pin etc suitable for 1200/1400 mm sweep ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 21 | Ball bearing of size 6201/6202 as per sample complete all as specified and directed. |
| 22 | Gun metal bush as per sample. |
| 23 | Fan canopy pvc body, white in colour, suitable for existing fan, as per sample and directed. |
| 24 | Ceiling fan blade 1200 mm sweep made up of aluminium body having provision of free size monting nuts/screw all as per requirement at site complete all as specified and directed. |
