2Work Specification -
3PV Module : Only indigenous \"DCR\" modules confirming to IS 12834:2013 and shall be approved by ALMM, used in the project. SPV module of 36 cells 110 Wp, Voltage at Maximum Power (Vmpp) 18.0 V+0.3%. Module Voc should be minimum of 22 V. Module efficiency should be > 14.8 %
4Battery : Lithium Ferro Phosphate (LifePO4/ LFP) 12.8 Volt, 45 Ah, at STC
5Light Source : 18 Watt W-LED Solar street light Fiting with mandatory driver set having die cast aluminium body and lenses suitable for As per Description Of LED Light. Confirming to IP 65/66 protection, High power LED with lenses, 135 lm/W, PF>0.95, THD<10% at Full load, CRI>70, with 5 years warrantee. Catagory AAA, (LED Street Light Model Should be Certified By UP PWD AAA Category), White \"colour temperature 5500-6500k, the lumens output \"luminous flux\" of luminaries should be ≥ 2250 Lumens.
6Mounting of light, Controller and Battery pack : The pole should be hot dip galvanized pipe as per IS 1161 & IS 4736 i.e. Class B with 76 mm outer diameter and minimum 3 mm thickness of 6-meter length Approx., 4.5 meter above the ground, mounted at pole below the module mounting structure. The pole shall be mounted on suitable fundation.
7Average duty cycle : Dust to down
8Remote Monitoring Facility : Inbuilt remote monitoring facility should be available in MPPT Charge Controller and it should record System Parameters at a fixed time interval for system health analysis (time interval should be changeable from 15 minutes to 4 hours and will be intimated at the time of award of work as per the requirement). The remote monitoring can be done using any available communication mode like GSM/GPRS/SMS. The cost for the same should be bome by the successful bidder.
