| 1 | Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of step down transformer, outdoor type, HT 11 kV, 3-Phase, LT 0.433 kV, 50 Hz, 3-Phase, 4- Wire, oil-cooled, including of first fill of transformer oil of dielectric strength not less than 50 kV, electrolyte grade, copper wound in accordance with vector group DYN 11 with neutral brought out on LV side with tapping on HV side to vary secondary voltage upto +2.5% to -5% in steps of 2.5% with externally operated off-load type tap changing switch, locking arrengement complete with all standard fittings, all as specified and of capacity 250 KVA, minimum Level -2 mounted on a suitable platform as per manufactuer\"s recommendation with following technical features:[i] Rating: HV- 11 kV , LV- 433 V[ii] Winding connections- HV-Delta, LV-Star[iii] Tappings on HV: ± 2.5%, total; 7.5%, OFF circuit links.[iv] Insulation: Class \"H\" [v] Applicable Standards: IS: 1180 (PART-1 2014) [vi] Termination: HV & LV cable box for easy connection.[vii] Duty: Distribution Transformer. [viii] Noise Level: Less than 69 dB at 1 m NOTES: [i] Contractor shall submit the technical drawing, constructional drawings, safety features drawing etc. for approval of accepting officer. [ii] The contractor shall intimate for factory inspection for routine tests as per IS & ANSIC 57.12.90 (latest revision) in the OEM factory in presence of representative nominated by the accepting officer before dispatch from factory, tests after installation shall also be carried by SEI for which GE will intimate through proper channel.[iii] Transformer shall be comprised of IS-1180 Pt-1 with latest amendment No.4. |

| 3 | Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning indoor type VCB Panel shall be constructed from CRCA/ Aluminium Zinc coated steel sheet of 2 mm thickness, floor mounted metal enclosed, 11 KV VCB panel suitable to integrate with existing panel at site with 1 no. VCB (Incoming Type), totally enclosed and fully interlocked, horizontal draw out, horizontal isolation type breaker as per IEC-62271-1,100,200, as amended up to date and additional Specifications, having capacities as mentioned below, single break, trip free mechanism, manually and motorised charged and manuallyand motorised closing breaker suitable for use on 11 KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz A.C. supply with short circuit fault level of 26.3kA for 3 sec , Panel shall be full internal arc tested i.e. in all three chambers at 26.3kA for 1 sec for safety purpose (AFLR). compete with self contained, fully interlocked, rack in and rack out mechanism, air insulated HT sleeved (PVC sleeve is not accepted) self supported Copper bus bars of 800 amps capacity, breaker featured with mechanical ON/ OFF indicator with hand trip coil and auxiliary switch of 4 NO+4NC and equipped with following switchgears and accessories. Make of Vacuum interrupter, circuit breaker, Panel, relays & meters shall be same. Cable compartment suitable for 2RX3C x 240 sq. mm XLPE 11 KV cable (Cable entry from bottom) end termination with heat shrinkable jointing material etc as reqd. There must be a viewing window on VCB chamber door and same must be as per Internal arc test report. The basic insulation level of entire panel shall be 28KV(RMS) / 75KV(Peak). Note 1 : M&L for alternation existing VCB busbar system as per site requirement for conncetion of new VCB including copper busbar, insulator and other connectedaccessories are included in quoted rate. Note 2 :Only OEM Factory made panels are acceptable. System Integrator panels are not acceptable. Note 3 : For connection with existing VCB Panel all item shall be included in quoted rates(ref Note.1 ) and the rate of adapter panel ,if requiredare also included in the quoted rates and nothing extra will be paid on this account. Contractors are requested to site visit before quote the tender. |
