Bids Are Invited For Arc For Providing Online Leak Sealing Services In Various Operational Units At Numaligarh Refinery Limited; 10 Charges for sealing of Pin hole weld crack, union joint, bonnet, orifice flanges (for all ratings & for all gaps of flange) utilising a box/ring clamp (MS/CS) including supply of all materials, tools & tackles, manpower, machines, accessories etc. as per direction of EIC. Scaffolding, if required, shall be provided by NRL. 20 Charges for sealing of Pin hole weld crack, union joint, bonnet, orifice flanges (for all ratings & for all gaps of flange) utilising a box/ring clamp (alloy steel/ stainless steel) including supply of all materials, tools & tackles, manpower, machines, accessories etc. as per direction of EIC. Scaffolding, if required, shall be provided by NRL. 30 Charges for sealing of flanges, Valve Bonnet/Orifice flanges etc. (For all ratings & for all gap of flange up to 7 mm) The job includes on-line leak sealing of all types of steam, hydro carbon, acid or other leaks with /without isolation of the lines/equipment, with/ without provision of clamps as per job requirement and at different locations & heights. Scaffolding, if required shall be provided by NRL. The Unit of Measurement of (Inches) stands for Per Inch OD of the Flange. 40 Sealing of Valve Glands (For all line sizes up to 24 Inch & all rating) including supply of all materials, tools & tackles, manpower, machines, accessories etc. and complete the job in all respects as per the job in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 50 Charges for sealing of Pin hole weld crack, by caulking method including supply of all materials, tools & tackles, manpower, machines, accessories etc. As per direction of EIC. Scaffolding, if required, shall be provided by NRL.
