The Grid matrix blocks have a monolithic structure comprising chemical adsorbent media for the removal of Gases, H2S, HCHO, SO2, NO2, CL2, C6H6, NH3 by the process of adsorption. The filter must have turbulent flow/tornado for the less pressure drop. The size and shape of the monolithic structure of the cells leads to turbulent flow and superior performance. The filter also has no bypass and a very low pressure drop. The media per filter shall be a minimum of 7kg for the Dimension of: 594x287x94 mm. The depth of the filter shall not be less than 94 mm. The pressure drop shall not exceed 8 mm. The Grid Matrix filtration shall have GreenPro, CE, RoHS, ISO certification along with FDA compliance. The OEM shall have an inhouse lab in India to verify and test the media to showcase the media life analysis of the filters. The failure to submit the certifications along with the submittal shall lead to rejection of the product.If a distributor bids on behalf of the OEM, then all the documents of the OEM shall be submitted by the distributor with declaration from the OEM to present the same, failure to comply shall lead to disqualification.
