Auction Sale Of Scrap Rail 52 Kg Remark:- Kutcha/Pakka Road Available. Delivery During Dry Seasons . No Wear And Tear Has Been Provided For Any Scrap Rails. Delivery Will Be Made On Sectional Weight Per Meter Basis Only. Quantity Is Physically Available. Lot No. Has Been Painted On The Lot. Actual Measurement Painted On Each Rail In Meter. Cutting Of Rail Above 6 Meters Is Allowed For Easy Transportation. Stockholder Will Be Fully Responsible For Any Addition, Deletion, Alteration And Variation Comes In The Lot After Joint Lot Inspection. Dunnage Are Not Included In Lot And Not To Be Delivered. Fist Plates/Joggle Fish Plates/Glued Joints And Other Fittings Are To Be Returned To The Stockholder. Dunnages Are Not Included In Lot And Not To Be Delivered. 4 Nos 60 Kg Rails , 1 No 52 Kg Glued Joint Rail And 1 No Tongue Rail Not In Lot And Not To Be Delivered. Since It Is A Yard Similar Rails Are Lying Nearby Lot And Under Lot Formation. Care Should Be Taken That The Same Is Not Delivered. The Quantity And R/M Is To Be Delivered As Per D.O. And Measurement Of Rails As Mentioned In Ss-11 Only. Delivery Involves Lifting Of Rails By Hydra And Crossing Of Two Lines Break Siding And Ballast Siding Line. The Purchaser Shall Be Responsible For Any Loss Or Damage To Any Other Railway Property/Facility/Equipments Whether Due To His Negligence Or Otherwise And Safety Of His Labours And Other Staff In Railway Premises During The Process Of Cutting And Loading Of Rails. Purchaser Has To Personally Visit The Site With Regard To Loading Point, Size Of Truck/Hydra Entry Through Station Road/Market Place And Through Ballast Siding.
