| 1 | Notes:1. Before quoting, the bidder shall visit the site and make himself familiar with the site, nature, conditions and quantum / scope of work involved. You may contact Head, Construction & Engineering Services Group, AMD HQ Begumpet (Contact No: 040-27776 224/ 246) for site visit.2.The work is proposed to be executed in EPC mode which includes Design, engineering, supply, installation, Testing, commissioning and guarantee of grid interactive roof top solar PV system of total capacity 175 KWp on MinD, A Block & C Block buildings on turnkey basis including five year comprehensive operation and maintenance. 3. The rates quoted shall include design charges, cost of all materials, labour, ladders, transportation, tools, tackles, installation, testing & commissioning charges, 5 years O&M chargers, laisioning charges etc including all taxes (except EPF &ESI).No extra payment over and above the rate quoted shall be made to the contractor in this respect. 4. The workers employed for the work shall strictly follow all safety measures as stated in safety code of this tender and also as per DAE safety code.5.The Contractor shall adhere to the provisions of applicable labour laws such as Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970, Minimum Wages Act, 1948, Employees State Insurance Act, Equal Remuneration Act, 1970 and rules made there under. 6.Contractor has to pay minimum wages, EPF & ESI to the manpower deployed for the work as per state/ central government orders issued from time to time. The actual amount paid towards EPF & ESI shall be reimbursed to him by the Department after satisfying that it has been actually and genuinely paid by the contractor. The bidder should not consider EPF & ESIC in his rates.7. The contractor shall ensure that all the persons executing the electricalwork have valid electrical license. | | 2 | Design, Engineering, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of on gridroof top solar Photovoltaic Power Plant conforming to detailed scope of work as given in tender/ MNRE specifications as amended, consisting of Mono Crystalline silicon solar photovoltaic cells with PERC technology, net metering facility, necessary protections, earthing, mounted on GS structure of suitable strength with following components complete as required complete including the cost of all materials, labour, taxes, installation charges, transportation, packing charges, Insurance charges, training charges, liaison charges, 5 years defect liability along with operation & maintenance etc.Items of solar power plant include but not limted to:1. Solar PV modules of capacity 500Wp or above & manufactured in India- suitable number for generating required plant power. PV modules used in solar power plants/ systems must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years.2. Module mounting structure suitable for site condition3. Grid connected solar inverter- Suitable Number & size4. Data aquisition sytem & logging monitoring5. AC Distribution board with breaker- As required6. DC distribution board with beaker- As required | | 3 | 7. All other items necessary for installation & commissiong of solar plant and integration of generated solar plant in to the grid successfully.The complete system will be under defect liability along with O&M for 5 years. The scope of work also includes obtaining sanction/ NOC from statutory authorities. However, statutory charges shall be reimbursed by Department on submission of original receipt. |
