| 1 | Provide skilled labour for attending the defect / complaints for checking of any type of water supply complaints like “No water supply, water leakage, air lock, low pressure, over flow” etc. complaint including carrying out minor repairs etc. as required at site and to make it functional by replacing necessary petty items like rubber gasket, grease, screws etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Attending one number of complaint, shall be measured as one job.(ii) New materials required for to be fixed against old unserviceable GI fitting shall be measured and paid separately as “Supply only” under respective items of BOQ.(iii) One plumber (Possessed with all requisite tool) with one helper must be available at site every day from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs failing which, Rs 1000 per day penalty will be levied. Attendance of plumber and helper will be recorded daily as per direction of Engr-in-charge.(iv) The contractor shall maintain proper record of repair / maintenance in a binded register duly bringing out the details of spares replaced and get it authenticated from concerned JE E/M on daily basis. The contractor shall put up the maintenance record register to Engr-in-charge for inspection every Monday or as and when asked for.(v). The contractor shall maintain sufficient stock of spares / material required for repair / maint with the concerned JE E/M. |
