2Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift.
3Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
4Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete
5Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.
6Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete.Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. 9Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
10Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 110 mm diameter
11Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)
12Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
13Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : In cement mortar
14Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour design and pattern. sqm
15Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
16Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shapelaid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sandetc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paverblocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).
17Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate
18Supplying & laying of drainage composite for use behind walls, between two different fills, alongside drains of road, below concrete lining of canals etc. Geocomposite for planar drainage, realized by thermobonding a draining core in extruded monofilaments with two filtering nonwoven geotextiles that may also be working as separation or protecting layers. The draining three dimensional core will have a “W” configuration as longitudinal parallel channels. Minimum thickness to be 7.2mm, with two filtering UV stabilized polypropylene nonwoven geotextile of minimum thickness of 0.75mm charecteristic opening size (O90) of 110 micron and tensile strength of 8.0 kN/m that will be working as separation or protecting layer, geocomposite having in plane flow capacity of 2.1 L / (m.s) at hydraulic gradient of 1.0 & 20 kPa pressure and tensile strength of 18 kN/m , with mass per unit area of 740 gsm, supplied in the form of roll for easy transportation to site of work as per detailed specification all complete as per directions of Engineer in charge.
19Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : Inside size 120x90 cm and 90 cm deep including C.I. cover with frame (medium duty) 500 mm internal diameter, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 116 kg (weight of cover 58 kg and weight of frame 58 kg) : With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5
20Providing and laying of M30 grade factory made high quality RCC Precast U-Drain of 75 mm thick, 600 mm clear width and 600 mm depth including 50 mm thick cover on top, jointing with adequate slope as per direction of engineer-in - charge
21i) Soil investigation as per latest BIS codes, drilling bores as per site requirements, including conducting SPT, sample collection at every change of strata and carrying out other related tests to obtain safe bearing capacity of soil and loads to be borne by retaining walls including mobilization and demobilization of tools, machinery and man power including marking of bore hole locations on ground as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. Preparation and submission of final report of all the tests of field investigations/ laboratory tests in hard and soft copies in PDF format and recommendations on the parameters found out from the tests. ii) ii) Preparing and submitting of Structural Drawings of retaining walls and other related works. Minimum 04 sets of all finally approved drawings and two sets of soft copies in pen drive of the same will be furnished free of cost. However, in case additional sets of drawings in hard copy are essentially required by the Engineer-in – Charge, the same shall also be provided free of cost and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. The structural design shall be carried out in terms of latest editions and up-to-date corrections/amendments/errata of BIS Codes (Bureau of Indian Standards), other relevant seismic/other codes.Firm/ contractor will be responsible to get the all designs and structural drawings vetted from any of Indian Institute of Technology (IITs)/National Institute of Technology (NIT) or any reputed government institute. Firm/ Contractor will be responsible to pay all fees/ charges to concerned IIT/NIT or government institute and nothing extra shall be paid for it.
