The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, required connection with the stackwherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge | | 4 | Painting the stack, attached structures of ladder etc at all heights with two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint of approved quality and colour paint over one coat of Zinc Chromate yellow metal primer of approved quality (Approximate area 390 Sq.m) & balance portion of stack withtwo coats (Approximate area 160 Sq.m)& platforms with one coat (Approximate area 116 Sq.m) ofself priming coal tar epoxy paint, “Rust-O-Seal” of Asian Paints/ “Protecteros CTE mastic” of Berger Paints or equivalent approved quality having volume of solids 70 %at all heights after cleaning the surface well including cost of all materials, labour, charges, cleaning the site etc. as per deptl instructions. (Structural cleaning will be paid by seperate item) | | 5 | Applying one coat of Epoxy Zinc Phosphate Primer, of approvedquality at all heights after thoroughly cleaning to remove grease, oil, rust, dust and any other foreign materials including cost of primer, scaffolding charges, labour charges and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per departmental instructions at site. | | 6 | Painting with high build Epoxy paint of approved quality and Distinct colour two coats at all heights, over the primer already done and paid separately/to old surface after neatly cleaning the old surface by removing loose paint, dirt etc.by cleaning with water, scrapping etc. at all heights including cost of paint, labour charges, scaffolding charges etc. complete | | 7 | Painting letters or figures above 10 cm & up to 20 cm ht. Block, Roman, Italic or Indian with any kind of paint | | 8 | Painting letters or figures above 30 cm & up to 60 cm ht.
