| 2 | Carrying out Architectural and Structural design for all civil works pertaining to tendered work through qualified and experienced design engineers as per the guidance specified in TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR CIVIL WORKS PART-A & PART-B & TENDER DRAWINGS and submission of design calculation details along with detailed engineering drawings to HWPT for review. Any changes in design dimensions or in the scheme if arose during review, the same shall be binding on the contractor and accordingly, re-design and revised engineering drawings are to be carried outand re-submit to HWPT for further review. The same procedure shall be continued till Final approval of HWPT. On Final approval of HWPT, three sets of drawings for execution shall be submitted by the contractor. On completion of civil works, three sets “as built drawings” are to be submitted by the contractorbeforepre-final bill etc.., all complete and as directed by the Engineer. |
| 3 | Execution of all civil works pertaining to Shed for UF/RO system as per Final approved drawings released for construction complying with TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR CIVIL WORKS PART-A & PART-B adopting all safety and security measures in practice at HWPT including demolishing RCC foundations/pedestals/tanks/brick work as a part of clearing proposed sites for execution etc.., all complete and as directed by the Engineer. |
| 4 | Execution of all civil works pertaining to RCC foundations for equipments/machineries/ pumps etc.., for UF/RO system as per Final approved drawings released for construction complying with TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR CIVIL WORKS PART-A & PART-B adopting all safety and security measures in practice at HWPT etc.., all complete and as directed by the Engineer. |
| 5 | Execution of all civil works pertaining to RCC foundations for Tanks/vessels etc.., for UF/RO system as per Final approved drawings released for construction complying with TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR CIVIL WORKS PART-A & PART-B adopting all safety and security measures in practice at HWPT etc.., all complete and as directed by the Engineer. |
| 6 | Execution of all civil works pertaining to cable trenches, racks for cables/pipes, path ways, external RCC drains with FRP gratings, steps, rampsetc..,for UF/RO system and any civil materials or civil works which are not covered in scope of worksspecified in above item nos 02 to 04 but functionally/technically required for commissioning of the RO system as per Final approved drawings released for construction complying with TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR CIVIL WORKS PART-A & PART-B adopting all safety and security measures in practice at HWPT etc.., all complete and as directed by the Engineer. |
