Misc. Civil Works Inside Operational Area, Tb, Technical Block Etc. At M.P. Airport, Udaipur For The Year 2025-26; Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.With material conforming to Grade-II (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-25 Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications :On WM.M. @ 0.75 Kg / sqm Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of Viscosity grade VG-10 (80/100) conforming IS:73 including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing Runway /Road surface as per specifications complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. If the actual quantity of bitumen varies from the the quantity assumed above, necessary cost adjustment for deviation in the quantity of bitumen shall be done as per rate in actual supply voucher from nearest refinery at the time of execution. The rate of VG-10 bitumen exclusive of GST shall only be considered for payment.a) 0.35Kg/Sqm on existing bituminous surface. Providing and laying of Hot Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified and cement filler as specified and viscosity grade bitumen (supplied in bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to spcified levels, grade and camber as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete [For tendering purpose VG bitumen of grade VG-30 content shall be taken as 110 kg/m3 of mix supplied in bulk produced by Govt. Refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler material]. Providing and laying of Hot Mix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified and cement as filler as specified and viscosity Grade Bitumen (Supplied in bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula laid to specific levels, grade and camber as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete[For tendering purpose VG bitumin of grade VG-30 content shall be taken as 120kg/m3 of mix supplied in bulk produced by Govt. refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler material] Banking excavated earth by mechanical / manual means in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller, or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up, in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks, and guide banks etc., lead upto 50 m and for all lift :All kinds of soil Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil carriage of materials by mechanical transport including loading,unloading and stacking lead upto 3 km. earth Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Hard rock (blasting prohibited) Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work Providing and fixing of Pre-coated colour or mill finish Aluminium Roofing Accessories in 0.71 mm thickness ,Alloy 31500 (IS designation) [Aluminium Alloy (AA) 3004 (ISO designation)] For color, coating shall be 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns, using self drilling/tapping SS screws of size 6 x 50mm with 3mm thick EPDM seal and SS plain washer complete :Precoated/mill finish aluminium Ridges plain (500- 600mm) Providing and fixing of Pre-coated colour or mill finish Aluminium Roofing Accessories in 0.71 mm thickness ,Alloy 31500 (IS designation) [Aluminium Alloy (AA) 3004 (ISO designation)] For color, coating shall be 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns, using self drilling/tapping SS screws of size 6 x 50mm with 3mm thick EPDM seal and SS plain washer complete Precoated/mill finish aluminium Flashings/ Aprons (Upto 600 mm) Providing and fixing 4mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) in glass façadein teriminal building as per direction of EIC. Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: G.S. Sheet Providing and fixing of Pre-coated colour or mill finish Aluminium Roofing Accessories in 0.71 mm thickness ,Alloy 31500 (IS designation) [Aluminium Alloy (AA) 3004 (ISO designation)] For color, coating shall be 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns, using self drilling/tapping SS screws of size 6 x 50mm with 3mm thick EPDM seal and SS plain washer complete Precoated/mill finish aluminium Gutter (600 mm over all girth) Providing and fixing multicell (2 wall version) polycarbonate sheet of any shade, 10 mm thickness of approved make lexan or equivalent make, including fixing as per specifications, on existing frame structure. Complete as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Supplying of packed Elastomeric concrete compund (Flex-O-Patch of choksey chemicals or equivalent approved make) at site. The one pack of 10 kg Elastomeric concrete shall consist of 3 kg hardner 1.5 kg base & 5.5 kg of sand & fibre powder, as per satisfaction & direction of Engineer-incharge. Supplying of primer of Choksey make or equivalent of approved make for Flexopatch Elastomeric concrete compund at site, as per satisfaction & direction of Engineer-incharge. Repairing of damaged portion of rigid pavement with Elastomeric concrete compound (Flex-O-Patch of Choksey chemicals or equivalent) after marking, cutting, chipping the pavement up to required size by using mechanical chippers, side locking on the vertical face, cleaning the prepared area by sand blasting with medium grit sand, masking and pouring the compound, finishing & texturing complete as per manufacturer specifications and the direction of EIC with required machines & tools.(Note: The rate quoted shall be exclusive of cost of material) Cleaning of existing expansion joints and providing & filing with polysulphide joint sealing compound (confirming to grade BS:5212- 1990 or IS 11433-1995) of Dr. Fixit or equivalent including painting the side of slab with approved primer (Primer RDL-942 or equivalent) and filling the groove 25 mm or more in width as per actual joint width status at site x 45mm deep ( inculding of backer rod depth) including inserting the back up rod of Supreme or equivalent aproved make of appropriate dia (minimum 30mm or more as per actual joint width status at site) of approved make to receive the specified sealing compound, providing and applying bond breaking tape on top edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give a neat finish to the sealant has been applied and tooled, all complete as per specification and direction of EIC. (Note: The rate quoted shall be inclusive of cost of Primer RDL-942 & sealing compound) Cleaning of existing dummy / construction joints and providing & filing with polysulphide joint sealing compound (confirming to grade BS:5212- 1990 or IS 11433-1995) of Dr. Fixit or equivalent including painting the side of slab with approved primer (Primer RDL-942 or equivalent) and filling the groove 10 mm or more in width as per actual joint width status at site x 25mm deep ( inculding of backer rod depth) including inserting the back up rod of Supreme or equivalent aproved make of appropriate dia (minimum 12mm or more as per actual joint width status at site) of approved make to receive the specified sealing compound, providing and applying bond breaking tape on top edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give a neat finish to the sealant has been applied and tooled, all complete as per specification and direction of EIC. (Note: The rate quoted shall be inclusive of cost of Primer RDL-942 & sealing compound) Supply of SW-CRETE T-02 or equivalent high performance thin layer rapid repair compound. Material should be self flowing having compressive strength after 2 hours. 20 MPA after 01 day - 30 MPA after 28 days 50 MPA. Pull strength after 28 days - 1.0 MPA (Minimum) expansion rate 0.10% (Maximum) curing time should be 2 hours to accept traffic as per specifications and Direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Laying of SW-CRETE T-02 or equivalent high performance thin layer rapid repair compound. Material should be self-flowing having compressive strength 2 hrs.-20MPA, 1 day - 30 MPA, 28 days - 50MPA, pull strength after - 28 days-2.0 MPA, (minimum) Expansion Rate-0.1% (maximum) . Rate inclusive of milling the old surface area for required depth and matching with the existing profile, cleaning with compressed air, high pressure water jet cleaning, mixing of SW-CRETE -T02 in machine, pouring, finishing, texturing,curing all complete to accept traffic within 2 hrs. as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: The rate quoted shall be exclusive of cost of SW CRETE- T02 material) Supply of SW-CRETE T-01 or equivalent high performance fast setting repair compound for full depth, distress and other distress in pavement concrete with graded aggregates. Material should be self-flowing having compressive strength 4 hrs.-20MPA, 1 day - 40 MPA, 28 days - 50MPA, pull strength after - 28 days-2.0 MPA, (minimum) Expansion Rate-0.1% (maximum) should accept traffic within Three hours as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge Laying of SW-CRETE T-01 or equivalent high performance fast setting repair compound for full depth, distress and other distress in pavement concrete with graded aggregates. Material should be self-flowing having compressive strength 4 hrs.-20MPA, 1 day - 40 MPA, 28 days - 50MPA, pull strength after - 28 days-2.0 MPA, (minimum) Expansion Rate-0.1% (maximum) . Rate inclusive of marking, cutting the old concrete, chiseling for required width & depth, compressed air cleaning, high pressure air/ water jet cleaning, mixing of Swcrete-T01 with aggregates 20mm & 10mm in machine, pouring, finishing texturing cutting the joints, etc. all complete to accept traffic in 3 hrs. after pouring as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.Note: a) Rate Excluding material cost for SW CRETE- T01B) Rate Includes the material aggregate cost for graded aggregates of 10mm ( and below) and 20mm.
