Tender For Repair Maintenance Of Em Installation / Infrastructure And Miscellaneous Works At Af Stn Thanjavur; 1 Disconnecting cable/busbar and Earthing connections ofAutomatic voltageRegulatorof1500 KVA rating, 11KV complete and carry outmaintenance / servicing with replacement of unserviceable parts as under to make a functional of auto voltage regulating system fully functional complete all as specified and as directed :-(i) Checking leakage from top cover including with replacement of gas kits and faulty allbush assembly complete. (ii) Opening of control panel unit and checking all internal connection, fuses and replacement of burnt/ unserviceable control wiring. (iii)Replacement of faulty unserviceable parts of : (a) Control transformers-02 Nos (500-220V/ as per existing) complete with control wiring. (b) Servo Motor 240 V- 01 Nos(c) Gear Wheel for Servo Motor- 02 Nos. (d) Servo Motor belt - 01 Nos. (e) Servo Controller unit - 01 Nos.Note : The work shall be carried out with authorized OEM only. The cost of servicing and new parts to make a automatic regulating function ofvoltage Regulator shall be included in quoted in rate. Bidders are required to check existing AVR at site before quoting the rate. No claim whatsoever will be entertained on this account during progress of work. 2 Taking down LT servo voltage stabilizer / Isolation transformer any capacityincluding disconnecting all connections, earthing connections andChecking compactness of core assembly & tightening the same where required,replacement of worn out gaskets & nut/bolts, refilling the new oil duly filtered, carrying out routine tests and refixing the same and connecting electrically and commissioning with testingcomplete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i)New transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately. 3 Servicing , maintenance & cleaning inside complete with air compressor of distribution main LT distribution controll panel of MAFI Sub Stn including replacement of all unserviceable / burnt control wiring to make functional of panel complete all as specified and as directed 4 Material and labour for filling in with new transformer oil for top up having low viscosity of approved make as per IS 355 of 1992 and di-electric strength 60 KV(after filtration) complete all as specified and as directed 5 Supply, Laying, jointing & testingofcontrol cable in repairs of size 1.5 Sqmm x 6 core armoured copperstranded conductor cable 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed including laying complete earthwork complete all as specified and as directed 6 Supply, fixing, connection & testingin replacement ofstar- delta starter complete unit suitable for 10HP Pump motor, 3-phase 415 Volt,50 Hz including with all safety control relays, phase indicator, ON-OFF push switchand compatible with SCADA control and including with all connections with all SCADA control connection as per existingcomplete all as specified and as directed 7 Supply, Laying, connection & testing in replacement offlat control cable of size 10 Sqmm x 3 core copperstranded conductor cable 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed including fixing on wall complete all as specified and as directed. 8 M&L in repairs of brazing work for joint the earth strips any type & size (like GI, Copper, Aluminium etc.) at different site location as directed with suitable brazing process as required including with all preparation work and material required for brazing for high integrity joint complete all as specified and as directed 9 Supply only bleaching powder for hygeneic / disinfection of E&M installation packets of 25 Kg Gd-I of latest complete all as specified and as directed 10 M&L in replacement of Insulating rubber Mat 2 M x1 M and 3mm thick with suitable for HT 11 KVelectric sub station complete all as specified and as directed 11 M & L cleaningsurroundingarea of MES installationscomplete indoor & outdoor installation with use of suitable tools etcincluding disposal the wastage by dumping / burning in low lying area complete all as specified and as directed. 12 Supply and Fixing in replacement of air circuit breaker 630 Amp ,440V AC,50KA, 4 pole, Ics=Icu, draw-out & MF type, including with micro Pro protection release ,overload, short circuit and earth fault protection complete as per suitable frme& size for fixing of existing panel at site including with all connection and testing complete all as specified and as directed
