    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Defect Rectification Of Engg And Elect Defects E34 E35 H42 And H43 Onborad Icgs C155; (1) E-034: Six monthly routines on both OBMs (Make: Yamaha. Model-61 RK, Capacity25HP) are falling due in end Dec 25. Assistance of competent firm may be provided for undertaking routines. As per CG maintenance scheduled following routines serial to be carried out:- 1. Clean and adjust carburetor and idling. 2. Check for salt deposits and cable connections. 3. Check corrosion and deformation of anode and trim tab. 4. Adjust ignition timing. (2) E-035: Six monthly routines of STP plant (Make: Technicomar, Type- ECOMAR6AC) are falling due in end Dec 25. Assistance of competent firm may be provided for undertaking routines. As per CG maintenance scheduled following routines serial to be carried out:- 1. Removal inspection cover and wash with direct water jets. 2. Check the float inside the tank. 3. Rinse the dosing pump with clean fresh water stored in a different collection tank. (3) H-042: Ships portable microwave oven need to be secured on bulkhed in ships galley with suitable frame and Velcro. Approx length of frame is 01 ft 06 inch and width 01 feet 02 inch. Mat: SS. (4) H-043: 13 Nos. window of wheel house needs to be fitted with window blinds to protect navigational & communication equipments from direct sunlight during harbor phase. Approx. area of 13 Nos. window is 40X03 ft, type- roller blinds, Materail-PVC.
