Rates must be inclusive of all taxes. Photography/videography, audio/video of all other work, and photos must be provided in a pen drive, for which no separate payment will be made. 33 2. Photographs/videography must be taken and a clear print must be submitted to the concerned officer/store on the next day. 34 3. Tender will not be considered if the security deposit is not deposited. One must appear when called by the authority over the phone. 35 4. The authority is not bound to accept the lowest rate tender and can reject any tender or any part of it without assigning any reason. 36 5. Tender must be uploaded online; offline tender will not be accepted. 37 6. If the contractor is unable to perform the work/does not perform the work satisfactorily after the rate is accepted, the security deposit will be forfeited and the contractor will be barred from participating in future tenders. 38 7. In case of cessation of work during the contract period, the work will be carried out at the contractors risk cost for the remaining period of the contract. If the recoverable amount is not deposited accordingly, recovery can be made under the PDR Act. 39 8. If the contractor is called for urgent work, he must be present within 1 hour. Otherwise, the same work will be got done from another service provider at the same rate or at the market rate. Any excess cost will be recovered from the contractor. 40 9. The contractor will be responsible for all types of taxes. The rates will have to be submitted inclusive of all taxes. Tax will be deducted at source as per rules. 41 10. A 5% security deposit of the contract will have to be deposited as per rules and the contract will have to be signed within 7 days. The security deposit can be adjusted against the security deposit. 42 11. In cases where GST is applicable, the firm will have to submit GST No. and a certificate of non-liability of sales tax. 43 12. The accepted rates of the tender will be valid for 1 year, but on the basis of mutual consent, the tender period can be extended up to 3 months as per rules as per the pre-conditions. 44 13. Conditional rates will not be accepted. 45 14. If the work is found unsatisfactory, the contract can be terminated by forfeiting the security amount. 46 15. The undersigned will have full authority to accept/reject the tender. 47 16. The Officer-in-Charge, Secretary, Authority will have full authority to reject any tender or part of the tender without assigning any reason and in case of any dispute, the jurisdiction will be Ajmer. 48 17. The contractor will have to bear all the taxes prescribed by the State Government. The guidelines issued by the State Government will have to be followed.
