Tender For Repair To Roof Treatment And Certain Misc Works At Mil Stn Katihar Under Age (I) Katihar; 1 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) as in benching ,cover fillets , roof kerbs, kerbs PCC pading over roof and of any description and in any position not otherwise speceally provided for , including taking down existing un-serviceable waterproofing treatment from roof slab surface, roughening of old concrete surface by picking , cleaning the surface by wire brush and also including disposing off the retrived debrisoutside the premises / site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge 2 M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm crushed stone aggregates) admixed with water proofing compound at the rate of 125 ml / 50 kg bag of cement , as in padding over roof etc, finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (Note : water proofing compound will paid seperately) 3 M&L for water proofing coating with polyurethane based water proofing liquid membrane to be applied by brush with three coats of minimum dry film of total thickness 1 mm thick and shall be cured by reaction with atmospheric moisture to give a tough elastomeric water proofing membrane , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge 4 Supply only Liquid water proofing compound , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge 5 Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 ltr and n exc 500 ltr , setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. 6 Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 ltr and n exc 1000 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. 7 Dismantling of asbestos cement sheet( corrugated or semi corrugated sheets) as in roof covering incl. ridges & removing from site 8 S&F of Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed 9 S&F of Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plane steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed 10 Dismantling of ceiling board any type and any thickness incl covers fillets old frame work any type complete all as specified and directed. 11 S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid (Size of grid 605 x 605mm) frame work for false ceiling 12 M&L for M&L S & F 4 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screw complete all as specifiedand directed 13 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel works of any description not otherwise provided for. 14 S&F roof trussess/framed, trussed, purlins crane gantries,rails and fastemings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, chanel or flat sections) encluding distance pieces, cleats etc of Fe-410 Gde 250complete all as specified and as directed 15 M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide including preparation of newly steel surfaces all as directed. 16 Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including pillar etc below/ above ground level etc and removing to a distance not exc 50 meter. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 17 Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed. 18 M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete sur-faces in cement mortar 1:4for finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) 19 M&L for prepration of newly plastered surface andappplying two coatsofcement base paint complete all as specified. 20 Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish etc. complete all as specified and directed.
